Jealousy between workers because of difference in salary due to their same background yet different position in the company, some may find it unfair, others they like their salary, but the difference makes them creating conflict that they should be treated equally, however I sat with them discuses, put an option of requesting changing their position with tests, and other things those who qualified if there is a position will be first to change, then requested in the hiring policy to accept the position despite difference in salary, and should not complain about it.

Among our huge number of employees, three of them never improved even after several training class and practical training at the workshop. several warnings letters followed by each time of ignorance but they never shows their interest to improve themselves rather than wasting our time and money for their development training. ( Worst employee relations faced yet)
After all the above activities from the management side to keep them with us for better prospectus, Once we finally understand that they never be a confident staff themselves. At last, I called to them to my cabin and asked them to write their resignations letter, they did it well and we arranged and nice farewell party and then left, ((the way it was finally solved)).
There will be many a times the relationship between manager and employee going wrong, the main reason I see is mistakes and acceptance. When either of them commits mistakes and do not accept them the relationship will get spoiled. There are two ways of seeing the situation
a) Manager doing mistakes - In this case generally nothing much will happen as the employee generally does not stress on this
b) When the employee does the mistake - Manager may create an issue out of it.
When situation arrives, as a manger you should first analyse the extend of damage caused
1) if the damage is not magnificent he should inform the employee about the mistake casually (information is necessary as he should know where he has gone wrong).
2) If the damage is magnificent then he should punish the employee (it will create fear so that next time employee will be most careful). Later manager should also consolidate the employee so that he understands why such action was taken (i.e. for the betterment of the employee).
Its a cat and mouse game when it comes to business but at the end of the day we should be together so that company grow inturn we grow.
