this's a great question, but it's so important to distinguish between the technical and knowledge test, because in technical test you  should just resolve a list of prototype program , as well as in knowledge test you should be rounded by enough information about the language and framework . so please specify more in order i could help you: Technical or Knowledge interview.

An interview would comprise of questions related to problem solving and questions related to the programming language itself. Programmerinterview.com and w3schools should help with programming language related questions. For problem solving, you need to gather questions on your own, basically this is to asses the difference in answers and approach. In UAE there is no concept of problem solving though, all you would get is test based on programming language
