If you work in Dubai , i advise you to study the hospitality in specialied colleage , if you have bacherlor in hotel managment , go ahead and study master , and if you do not have degree in hospitality industry , go ahead and study bachelor , as the degree will assist you too much to reach the high positions in the hospitality businesss very quickly . Moreover, if you are not working in an international company ( like marriott or hilton .....etc) try to join one of those big compaines , as those companies expand so fast and you will find a great opportunity to get promotion in the new hotels which they open in other parts of the middle east .
