frsitly we should know if two parts are dynamic parts or static

if they are dynamics we will search for

1- the miuim required of surface roughness which will seprate it but make it in boundary region

2- if we should add lubricant we should know our constrains to use suitable lubricat which suit the nature of process

if they are startic youhave to control heat treatment and surface roughness but fristly weshould know if the parts materials are steel or not.

Surface treatments like thin solid films deposition can reduce the friction and improve the wear and corrosion resistance of the material.

For Dry Friction, Adhesion Component Can be reduced by Selecting Proper Combination of Material having less Molecular Atrraction towards each other, so that no cold junctions may form.
