i agree that meditation/yoga helps in some way.
But the "relax-mode" can't be achieved if you're provided with limited options like ONLY YOGA and some set of other things will help you to get relax.
in my case, i like photography, music, or just watching the rawness of nature adoring the nature helps. Frankly, i tried yoga. failed to gain calmness, quite tremendously. So, to me, if one wants to relax, i suggest to find the hobbies. Mostly the ones you gave up on while concentrating on work. I think, that should help.

a break from routine work and heavy work load also helps us to refreshes our mind and makes us healthy... it also helps to cope up properly in our daily bizarre routine as well.

The best way to relax and re-energize your mind for better productivity is to have a rest pauses and break from work. As standard, for eight hours work there should be a thirty minutes break. Depending on the type of work, rest pauses will be defined such as for visual inspection at least every fifteen minutes eye rest.
