الموظف المثالي هو من يقوم بكافة واجباته بشكل ممتاز ولا يثير شغب في مكان عملة او مع زملائة يلقي القبول من الجميع ويحترم نفسه ويحترم الاخرين

المدير المثالي هي الذي يدير العمل بشكل ممتاز جدير بثقه موظفية في حل مشاكلهم بشكل عادل ويقدر من يعمل لدية ويعاقب من يخطئ

An ideal manager is aperson who is able to get the job done without raising his voice. He knows exactly the capability of each person and asigns the jobs accordingly. Shoud behave like a friend outside the office as it helps in team bonding. If he knows every member by their name and can call them by their fist name then it is an added advantage.

Idael Employee is that who give his best to accompish the task with right at first time attitude. who utilize his/her skills to achive company's short term as well as long term goals. who enhance his/her knowledge and sharp skills during his/her working tenure.

Idea' Manager is that who knows capability and skill of his/her team members and know how to make optimize utilization of their efficiency.

In my view, ideal employee does the job according to the given job description and which ultimately support the organization in achieving its objective. He/ she values the company’s rules and regulations, disciplined and complete the assignment without being told. But the ideal manager tries to manage the task/situation nicely and looks after the subordinates. He/she also gives the likely solutions if any problem arises. Ideal manager should be proactive and undertakes the responsibility spontaneously.

الموظف المثالي:

ان يكون ملفه خاليا من الاجراءات الجزائية

ان يكون مثابر في عمله ومجتهد ودائما ينجز العمل المطلوب منه بنفس التوقيت المطلوب

ان يكون قليل الغياب 

ان يكون حاصل على دورات ويبحث باستمرار عن تطوير ذاته

ان يكون له بصمه في القسم الذي هو فيه كتطوير نظام معين او برنامج تابع للقسم 

ان يكون ملتزم بالزي الرسمي دائما

قوي الشخصية

متمرس بعمله

يعرف جيدا كيف يوزع العمل بين الموظفين الذين تحته

عادل بين موظفيه ولا يتجنى على احد

لا ينفرد برأي قبل مشاورة رؤوساء الاقسام عن طريق عقد اجتماعات

يستطيع حل المشاكل الداخلية والخارجية التي تتعلق بالشركة  بشكل حرفي

متابع باستمرار لسير العمل حتى لو اضطر ان يعمل بيده

منضبط بمواعيد عمله

مسيطر على الجو العام للعمل 

يضع خطط تتعلق بسير العمل لكل سنة ويطبقها

زيادة ايرادات وارباح الشركة عن طريق الحصول على عقود وصفقات لصالح الشركة

يطور موظفين الشركة عن طريق منح دورات لهم مما ينعكس على سمعة الشركة

جعل الشركة قوية ومنافسه بين الشركات في سوق العمل

الموظف المثالي  : يحترم مواعيد العمل  - يعمل بجهد ومثابرة في عمله - ان يكون ملفه نظيف  خالي من الاجرائات الجزاثية 

المدير المثالي : ان يكون حكيما بقراره - ان تكون شخصيته قوية - مسيطر على جو العمل- ان يكون مجاهد ونشيط في عمله ويجعل شركته تزيد ارباحها ويقيم الصفقات مع اكبر الشركات 

I am sure that all the tasks needed from him / her finished On time with accuracy , by sequence in order to reach the pervious  he / she must be organized / Attend On time / Smooth communicate internal & exteranl / etc.... 

Ideal Employee - Who knows how to best utilize his/her skills to support the Organizational objective.

Ideal Manager :- Who knows how to get best out of his/her reporting team. Keep them motivated and is the key enabler of employee's growth.

On a personal note- Honestly, Ideal Manager for me is, i should be able to learn many things.
