The customers perspective includes all but most important are:

1.    Right goods and services- Product specification where the products serve the perceived needs and wants

2.    Right quality: Product quality meets the expectation of  the customer in terms of outlook, durability, functionality

3.    Right price: Is the price worth to buy the products?

4.    Right place: The product must be available to the place where the target customers go for shopping
