-"Job or Career" from my point of view it's equal to "Process or Result". Process for the sake of the process without challenging to hit the specific result looks strange. Any person doing any kind of job needs  other peoples' acknowledgement and that acknowledgment would be his own personal career profile. Career in my view is not necessarily the higher position or rank, but the success story of doing some job.

I prefer career to job, because of the following reasons:

job does not guarantee growth whereas career does.

Job can is classified as an event and career is a process or an on-going activity.

there is systematic and logic development plan always for careers.

there is also more room for learning and hence successes that can stand the test of time.

Career, no doubt.

Since ever I try to bet to be hired by companies which show me and guarantee an accurate and consistent career plan.

I always prefers 'Career' but the truth is all are not so lucky, So people are forced to give preferences to any job's that could help in winning bread! Lack of opportunities, increased unemployment rates, poor market, competition and more, all of them make a fresh graduate think different!

i want to make a good career but it need a good job

Having a job is the prerequisite for a career. First get a job. Gain some experience. Then focus on career.
