All parts of Business contribute to their best extent to make the Corporate profitable. All parts mean Production, Marketing, sales, Logistics, Procurement, HR, Admin, Finance and IT and so on.

·         HR recruits personnel for production, marketing, sales, and all other depts.

·         Procurement procures raw materials and semi- finished goods for production.

·         Logistics store the goods and arrange  delivery to the outlets

·         Admin.  manages premises, security, and inventory, and equipment

·         Sales department sales goods produced by Production

·         Marketing department support sales through forecasting, various campaign, advertising etc.

Now, some or part of the functions as noted above could be outsourced which does not form core of the business. Say, security, some HR functions, some portion of IT functions, advertising and promotions etc. Further, some semi-finished parts could be procured from outside at cheaper cost than in-house production cost. It is up to the Management to decide which services to be outsourced so that cost will come down and profit will go up

So, all parts of business contribute to their best extent to maximize the value of shareholders’ investment or interest.

We generally work of team synergy as compared to departmental success. Some quarters one of our department weakens, but it's never one particular department.

No doubt, for now, the logistic management is being nonprofit. Considering the distances between the several locals that we need to distribute and the distances between those points.

But we are handling this issue and very soon it won´t be.

Everyone in the business contributes to profit directly or indirectly

a) Directly - Sales team selling goods/service at higher prices

b) Indirectly - Support team getting/manufacturing goods/service at low cost, better logistic systems, Best                           technological support, administration/managing of human resources to the fullest.

The point is that some departments directly generate sales, some indirectly - Production will say Quality dept. is not necessary, Sales will complain on Marketing dept. - it's like never ending story. But the truth is business is a living organism which needs all organs to function.

Every single department has its own worth so we cannot say that particularly this department is not generate profits. The existence of every department in any business is evidence of its profitability.
