Marketing is planning and initiation of strategies and sales is the execution of plans and strategies to achieve the target. Its like bound with each other and losing of one is failure to achieve the target. Recruiter be alert, after all you as an individual is BRAND!!!

Sales is a part of marketing. Planing and stratigies are marketing while practical implimentation of these stratigies and plans is called sales.
