What sort of training sessions are required for the employees/ staff in a newly operating organization?

1- Interpersonal Skills,

2- Administration Skills.

3- Specialty courses (HR, Accounting, Finance, etc)

In  addition to the answers, I would say that the list of training courses may be quite long, however company should train its employees by the skills tat really need in achieving goals and development !
