Mainly be present in social media platforms where your customers and potential customers are.

 

Use tons of metrics in all elected platforms, communicate the brand/product with a good storytelling strategy, use tons of videos messages, try to spend some budget in social media ads and Adwords, try to have a good follow up of our page rank in google, use good and accurate key words, and never loose the control of all this!

First and foremost rule is that you create two virtual entity of yourself: One for your office and one for your interaction with Social media, and make it sure that your interaction with social media does not cross in the domain of your official entity. So, the strategy shall be as follows in brief:

 

1.     Adhere to the company policy on use of social media

2.     Do not post any images or defamatory remarks that may create a hustle in social media or in your office

3.     Do not post anything on social media (whether confidential or not)that is related to your organization

4.     Do not use office computer for social networking during office hours.

5.     Do not use official email account for social networking – better use your yahoo-mail or g-mail account

 

6.     If the organization would-like to have its presence in social media for update, the organization will authorize some communication people to manage all the  information in the social media on behalf of the organization for optimum benefit
