1-asking meeting with your manager
2-asking meeting for the owner
3-asking Allah for help
Sir, What you have done is not professional. Please don't repeat this.
If he is my manager, and he decides to assign the task to me, and I completed the task successfully, it means the successful completion of the task is the success of his management.
What he does with the present received from the owner, is only his decision. Allah will sort. And I will never tell anything about it to my manager.
NB.
1) It does not mean I agree with your manager. And when I worked as a manager, I have never do so.
2) Do not forget that declaring the job as made by him, your manager will thereby undertake responsibility for probable unfavorable results of the job.
It normally in all the companies that manager takes the credit of the work done from his subordinate. More over it's the task of subordinate to assist the manager also in the task.
Manger will do little modification to it and takes the credit.
But as subordinate you have learned a lot by doing this task , experience makes perfect , it will be use full in your career later.
Be positive and go ahead with your career goal.
Say a big “Thank You”to your boss for his kind review and excellent presentation. In fact, preparation is one thing and presentation is another. Look at the Film Industry- Director and Composer do a lot of job for dialogue and scene setting but the credit goes to the actor and actress.
I fully agree with the answers been added by EXPERTS.........Thanks.
Nothing, How do i know about this action and confirm.
This happened to me once. The next time I saw the big boss in the lift, I put on a very innocent expression and said, "Oh, by the way, was that Report I did on xyz ok?" He gave me a very odd look and, after a pause, said yes.
I don't know what happened afterwards but I never had any more trouble with that particular boss.
asking manager why he done that without noticing me
