As a manager, what is the best way of articulating your vision and desire for innovation to employees, investors and business partners, at Cisco Systems?

3)             Clear career path visibility plane to each team member based on the fair business achievements evaluation.

B)           Investors point of view innovation is how to maximize business  profit  in the shortest time for a long term

1)             Employee selection process to put the right person to do the task in the optimum method

2)             Investment in Human

3)             Choose a leaders to drive your business

C)           Business partners point of view innovation is how to be unique in the market to maximize business  profit
