A good deal closing comes after a successful negotiation where both parties win at the end. Hence, negotiators must focus on creating value rather than only splitting the pie, and consider deal closing a starting point for a joint problem solving. Also each negotiator should understand the problems of the other party and be transparent from the beginning of the deal crafting which may help solving problems before it occurs. Anyone is capable to close a deal but professionals make it successful with a good closing.
