In short term we can say that simply:

Training is the planned process of transferring knowledge, skills and attitudes to others.

Learning is the process, of what we hear, see or experience that alters or increase our knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Definitely it's like just as combination of a soul and body, so without learning we can't take training in any field but if any person have experience of work and they have not degree so we can say that training and practical is something similar.

The fundamental difference between training and learning and development is that the later takes a multi-dimensional approach to human resource development (HRD). Training, on the other hand, is one-dimensional and based essentially on what has been referred to as the 'production-centred' approach.

Training is the giving of information and knowledge, through speech, the written word or other methods of demonstration in a manner that instructs the trainee. Learning is the process of absorbing that information in order to increase skills and abilities and make use of it under a variety of contexts.

Training is needed as first information to learn anything and become an earning potential so that practical experience into professional attitude.

Success depends on the person experience and gain to make the difference in any leader or colleague.

I think the difference between "Learning" & "Training has already well explained by Mr. Modassir.  I would try to answer the other part of the question.

What if you could improve your communication skills while communicating with a client?   That is to merge the “doing” and “learning” into one enjoyable activity.  Nothing replaces the value of learning. Make it practical, make it actionable and make it fun. So Summing up in Business World LEARNING IN CONEXT is extremely importantly

We need training that leads to learning, training employees to do their bit of their job is not effective training.

We need to provide training that leads employees to want to learn more and to develop personally in order to better complete their current roles but also strive to much more.

WE NEED BOTH OF THEM :)

Learning means " what i should have to do some things"

Training means " how to do that"
