Foods rich in calcium: Dairy products (yogurt, milk, cheese) - Green Papers (spinach, mallow, cabbage) - soy products such as milk - subsidized grain - sardines - salmon - whole grains - the seeds, such as sesame - nuts such as almonds - legumes (beans, lentils , Beans ). Food sources rich in vitamin D to help absorb calcium: Sun - fatty fish (tuna, salmon, sardines) - mushrooms - fortified orange juice - egg yolk - liver - Fortified breakfast cereals.
