Which is most important for a job, qualification or experience?

I see experience is most important.  Meanwhile, Knowledge is also important if without experience is also acceptable.  We should first see to the person who is hungry for job and ready to work as per company specifications and fulfill the requirement.

Both   are  important for  a  good  Job

Is differ from Job to Job many famous millionaires carry successful business, they never finished college, and degree holder candidate can be helpful for understanding business theories, the job. A degree holder can tell an interviewer what he/she thinks he/she can do if hired, while someone with work experience can demonstrate what he/she’s done successfully for others ,to select the best depend on nature of work, There are some careers where experience trumps education and vice versa. In sales for instance, having excellent record of sales brought into the company will be more asset than degree. Likewise, in a high –tech field, a recent college degree that consists of studying the latest developments may come over the guy with the experience in your field.
