What are the document needed for custom clearance according to Saudi customs rules?

Here are the important documents needed in customs clearance:

 

1. Commercial Invoice attested by the chamber of commerce from Country of Exportation.

2. Original Certificate of Origin, issued by Chamber of Commerce ( Country of Exportation)

3. Packing List ( with Shipper Co. stamp and signed)

3. OBL/AWB- original HBL or Airwaybill 

4. SASO Conformity Certificate in case of Electrical, Chemicals, Textiles, & Consumable products ( please visit SASO website for complete list of products Covered.

5. Marine Cargo Insurance Certificate

6. Commercial Invoice Arabic translation

7. All Containerized shipments must be in pallets, otherwise certain amount of oenaltis will be imposed by Saudi Customs. 

8. Proof of Payments( Transfer Copy, LC Debit Advice, CAD Debit Advise)  with bank stamp.Copy would do.

6. Commercial Invoice Arabic translation 

not needed the broker translating  by assisting the importer 

5. Marine Cargo Insurance Certificate

in case of  cif term especially jeddah not needed in Riyadh
