The following are the important factors for positive impression from a customer: The scenario is based on “a customer is coming to visit the company for advice and solution”
1. The security guard at the main gate checks the customers in a welcoming mood and facilitates parking of the car inside the compound, if possible.
2. The well-dressed receptionist greets the customers and requested the customers to sit on sofa. The customer look at the reception board to have glimpse of company mission and several current publications
3. The receptionist immediately informs the concerned company person about the arrival of the customers at reception.
4. The well-dressed company person come to the reception, warmly receives the customer and takes them to a well decorated conference room
5. The tea attendant comes and takes the order from the customer clearly inquiring whether tea or coffee or any other drinks.
6. The company person now breaks the ice and says what he can do for them?
7. By this time customer got the first impression and ………. Now, everything starts moving smoothly
