How can I add more skills on my project management skills?

There is a difference between 'Skills' and 'Experience' :)

And there is a difference between Skills you obtain from your experience and Skills you have naturally.

So, which one you seek to add more and/or improve?

If you ask me, I would recommend that you work hard to improve what you have in hand (skills and/or experience) and in the process, try to learn or find more skills.

There are things in life that can never be learned but earned :)
