What do you think if I told you that you failed in this interview? (Question bomber)

Briefly describe your experience in focused improvement.

I think today is bad luck..so I will search another company..because I should want job

I would say the employer, If i am told that I couldn't clear the interview then I would thank the interviewer for inter-viewing me, thank them for thier time with me. For example;- I would say, It was great being interviewed by you. If possible ask for some feedback, this would make the employer to rethink his/her decision. In simple words I would say that have a positive approach

It need not be told by the interviewer.It can be known by me by the end of the interview.

I would think I need to improve myself in all aspects

I think nothing, but, i will , improve myself.

As from the HR's side it will be a polite refusal.

So, on the interviewee's  side, it has to be positive, as the person has been interviewing in other places also.

The job-seeker must be prepared for a few rejections.

It would look decent if the job-seeker sent a Thank you mail.

Both the parties will move on, also, it is important to maintain a positive relation.

As the HR has market insights.

Also, the HR never knows if the same person he rejected months ago, is a perfect fit for a new opening. 

There is nothing will happen, I will thank the interviewer that's it

Thanks, but please be noted that there is no failure in the interview there is always opportunities on anther companies, you should say that my qualification is unfit for that certain position may be fit for another companies
