While buying equipment (like vehicle, generator, excavator, Fork lift, Engine etc.) what are the different considerations you would like to consider in bid evaluation process?

in addition to the price, delivery time, and NPV or profitability index (including  depreciation rate& resale value), i would consider some other factors like maintenance cost& availability, assembly/ dis assembly, operation cost, safety and user friendly    

i would like to have a detail look in price, quality, timely delivery, bidder reputation.
