In my opinion there are 15 important points to improve the team management and built a strong team:
1. Hire smart people.
2. Develop ownership inside the team.
3. Share responsibilities with the team members.
4. Embrace mistakes and educated
5. Rally the team around the ideas.
6. Find numbers for everybody and live them and own them.
7. Listen, learn, support and coach the team members as needed.
8. Create a career path for them.
9. Outing.
10. Improve their performance by individual way.
11. Keeping them updated.
12. One by one meeting.
13. Listening to their problems and find out solutions as you can.
14. Don’t coach before teach and don’t blame without giving training.
15. Let them feel, you are their leader not manager.
The success of Teamwork coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.
