Customer excellence  is the act of asking for customer feedback after a service is rendered,product purchased to ensure customers satisafaction and loyalty.we can also fo that by wishing customers happy birthday when they are celebrating their birthdays,telling them about New products to be launched or upgrading of services.customers feedback enables organization to know wether they deliver  excellent  or poor.

the important  of level of customer support department is to provide good customer service to all types of customers which include new,potential,existing customers.
