Intra personal conflict is  the conflict within oneself. Here, the cause and remedy for the conflict has to be analyzed and nurtured within oneself. Such type of conflicts arouse when there are mostly two or more advantageous or disadvantageous choices which are attractive/unattractive to choose one. Examples: 1). Agra and Munnar both are my wish to go places. My sister is in Agra whom I haven’t met for 4 years and my best friend is in Munnar who is eagerly waiting to arrange a get together party with all other friends on my visit. 2). I got a job with a better offer in a private firm but I have another offer with the same salary but good benefits and better career prospective in a Government firm. 3). I want a new dress for the party but I’m out of budget for this month.  All this kind of conflict within a self is a nerve-wracking act at times.

Inter personal conflict is the conflict with one or more people. Forms of such conflicts are arguments or disagreements. Such conflicts can be a mayhem. It could be a simple disagreement between coworkers or a chaos with your next door neighbor on any relevant issues.

Eg: At work: 1) No sufficient head counts as planned to run the project and HR doesn’t fulfill the requirement due to recruitment budget constraint or any. There shall be a conflict between the Project maanger and the HR manager.

2). In family: Property dispute between siblings.
