Can installation of Capacitor bank improve output Power utilization?

a capacitor bank is used usually to improve the power factor and to avoid people to pay penalties to the government because of grid harmful inductive affecting. Capacitor banks can be used also to improve voltage regulation and decrease voltage drop... We usually set the power factor to 90% and above but not to 100% since the load is usually inductive

Yes obviously 'power utilization' can be increased. There are three kind of powers, we know, actual power, active power, and reactive power. With the decrease of 'power factor', actual power (utilization power) decreases while reactive increases. So we have to add on KVAR (reactive power) in system to improve power factor and increase actual power. This actual power is, in fact, utilization power. So summarizing, we can say that by adding capacitor bank we can improve power factor and ultimately 'utilization power'

Yes . capacitor bank is the most impotent thing in electrical. We install it with LV bus bar and operate the panel with manual and auto .For the Auto operation of capacitor bank panel must check the direction of ct with give the  signal to the really. Capacitor bank improve the voltage and reused the ampere .so it is very use full for our electric cables and electric equipment. it is mostly use their .where we use  induction load.
