confidance! even if you dont know what you are talking about few words in confident way may convince the other party. always look them in the eye, if you forget somthing let them share you with their thoughts like " the place you know it the one that does .... " even if they dont know it they will start rememberin with you and this will buy you time to collect your thougths and jumb into the next point
