considering for 1 sqm area, then dry volume of mortar= 1*1*.025= .025 cumfor wet volume of mortar increase it by 20% so, 0.025*20%+0.025 = 0.03 cumnow considering ratio of 1:4 then 0.03/1+4 =0.006/0.0345(volume of 1 bag) =0.18 Bagfor kg = 0.18*50 =8.7 kg/sqm

ft^2 x (1m/3.ft)^2 =9.3 m^2

note : for every m^2 area of  cement mortar for tile works use0. bags of cement

9.3 x0. =  0. bag or1 bag of cement for thinset mortar

assume mortar thickness = .025 m

given area= 100m2

cement content=350 kg/m3

Q of mortar= .025 x 100 = 2.5m3

Q of cement= 2.5 x 350 = 875 kg
