i willgo on problemtic area which the client being faced, after that i will ask questions from client to get more information how,when and since what time ths issue is being occured to you,and then i will suggest appropriate solution to client according to requirement
Ask the client direct questions and listen carefully to his answers.
Firstly, understand what he is trying to tell us . His requirements demands and issues to be given preference later on come up with solution that suites him.
Client Satisfaction is the Major responsibility.
Listen - Try to receive as much details from the Customer or user, very clearly.
Time Management - Specified the all round time to Solve the issue.
Solution - Conclude the Tickets with in time with Appropriate action and make the user satisfied.
Initially, identify the exact problem from client.
Calculate how much time does it take to solve and inform the same to client.
Try to solve the issue in stipulated time

first i check the problem then sellect numbers of solutions then look cost comparison then inlist solution after preparation of these solution i ll present to client.
