Karakuri is the tips and the tricks for efficient production method in factories.

 

 

The powerful part of the Jidoka: the automation with human intelligence. It aims to eliminate the human hand working with simple machines or jigs.

When you create those jigs, many mechanical dynamics intelligence are required.

 

Has been developed during the Edo-era in Japan and has been used in mechanical apparatuses, for example, dancing/walking dolls, automatical musicians and so on.

 

Kaizen (Kai=change / Zen=good) is the practice of continuous improvement, that is based in the follow principles:

 

- Good process brings good results

 

- Self-check to accompany the situation

 

- Use data obtained by facts

 

- Take actions immediately and correct the causes of the problems
