When we find employees love their Work and\\or Organization , and proud their company , always talking happily about company and events that happening during they day. refusing to find an other opportunities even it is worthy , who creates that satisfaction and loyalty ;their leader and his plans or they have it already , due to salary and job stability and they do not want to change their jobs so they love their company.
Ofcourse the leaders build the loyalty, however there is more, the employees are their own market, and in order to attract the best and brightest employees, there are videos I forgot the technique name for this process, it display why working environment for certain company, it's more than salary package and benefits.

Its both leader and employee created organisational loyalty.
Loyalty is an essential tool in an organisation, its very important both management and employee to be loyal to the organisation.
Leaders influence, manage and develops organizational culture, norms, motivational factors which the employee embrace as right and meaningful to their value system; and feel proud to be associated with organization that is what the organizational loyalty.
So, it is clear that the leaders influence the loyalty process and employees embrace the process as meaningful to their values.
twice together
.
Of course, it is Leaders
Organizational loyalty is an important concept in production which has largely been. ignored by neo-classical economics. It is a concept which is defined in terms of an individual's. identification with a group, in particular, an individual worker's identification with his firm or organization.
I find leaders to be the key essential participants to creating loyalty. Leaders show it then members follow it. Leaders must impart a great aura of loyalty and self-awareness to impress employees to be loyal to the organisation. With the leaders influence, members take consideration of how great and satisfying to work in it and not find any other organisations to work with.
Is any relationship ever completely reciprocal? Not really, because one party always wields more power over the other. This is a human behavior dynamic that is tough to ignore, especially when we look deeper at workplace culture and team dynamics. There are leaders and followers, loved ones and lovers, employers and employees. We might like to think equality, common goals and unquestioned commitment are the norm but it simply doesn’t happen. It’s true in personal life and in the workplace.
