The Oraganizational Development (OD) is the area which whether directly or indirectly affect whole the Organization and if done / adopt with all the right ingridients improve the Organization's efficiency. Eg. Through the organizational development the process of hiring improves, organization train their existing resource for the required skills which eventually give the positive outcome at the overall level to the enterprise, the Company reviews policies and procedures and update to align it with the existing practices to get the better output.
