I think warehouse jobs are great. The one I worked at, you had very minimal supervision. It's laid back. If your not into the corporate, stuffy jobs, this could be a perfect avenue. They usually pay pretty well too. As for the night shift, your body can adjust to anything. As long as you keep a positive outlook, I think it could work out wonderful for me!

Job is good or bad it more depend on you and less on function or company. If you have the passion about your profession then you excel in any field.

There was a time when warehousing is supposed to be a low end job and company used to give low attention but those days has gone and company pay the equal importance to warehousing as well.

Still there is a lot of scope for the development of logistics industry as a whole. The remuneration and importance will improve along with the growth of logistic industry.

The job of warehouse is very good and excellent.  In this job we get a good knowledge of material handling system.

This job also give us good future in our life.  I started job as a Storekeeper and working as a Warehouse/Logistic Manager. But you must have talent and hardwork activities to be done. That why I like the Warehouse job.

Pretty straight forward depending on if your in the shipping department or the receiving department. As both include general jobs like working with various forklifts and basic math. In specific jobs there are order pulling, palletizing, loading trucks , packaging, stocking, inventory. Many of these jobs are generally basic and easy to learn. Most warehouses can be fast paced meaning they are under the watch so employees are constantly faced with deadlines that must be met and some instances you will challenged with lifting of heavy items on a continence basis. Another aspect is safety and most all warehouses stress safety so proper safety work wear will be addressed as well procedures. Most warehouse jobs are great, simple and safe.
