A great communication coupled with the right product will bring one close to alliances and parterhsips. An indepth study is important for designing a product.

It can be done through ATL or BTL activities depends upon the industry you are dealing with.

Backselling support can also be fruitful in this regard.

Honestly I think this question needs more description but anyways, I believe that Relationship management comes here and vendor should be more customer centric in order to increase retention ratio.
