As per FIDIC Red Book, shop drawings submitted by the contractor will be considered as "Contractor's Documents" or it will be "Employer's Document"?

As between the Parties, the Contractor shall retain the copyright and other intellectualproperty rights in the Contractor’s Documents and other design documents made by(or on behalf of) the Contractor.The Contractor shall be deemed (by signing the Contract) to give to the Employer anon-terminable transferable non-exclusive royalty-free licence to copy, use andcommunicate the Contractor’s Documents, including making and using modificationsof them.
