Innovation could be as little as a biodegradable packing for a FMCG product, to a creative way to solve a genuine problem, to a tool that helps you retain more information (mindmapping)
First is necessary to define the objective. The desired results maybe the increased number of ideas, the higher quality of the ideas, the efficient implementation and the success achieved.

i agree with Sidrah Nadeem, innovation is differ from one to one, for me to be innovative is to use the available resources and make tremendous achievements, as example face book is just a website but they used it with different way and use the human elements to be the real engine foe that platform
In monetary terms Innovation is measured by value of its impact on company's business i.e. how much revenue it has and can potential generate.
Innovation is measured in performance in terms of the development work, which makes productivity with less effort and higher efficiency and serve the work by making it easier mothers and accuracy where
