I'm traveling to the US for the first time ever, what are the airlines with the worst customer service that I should avoid?

I guess i could not tell which airline going to US has the worst customer service because honestly i havent travel yet going to US and from traveliong going back home to philippines for vacation i havent encounter worst customer service from the airline i used to travel like (etihad, Qatar airways, & Emirates airlines).

there is no answer and only experiencing the travel by any airline can comment later about that airline.

I believe there are many great option. However, as you are live in Saudi Arabia,so you do not have to think twice just travel with Saudi airline.

I would provide the information after conducting a thorough check on all the airlines.

Ethiopian Airline is the best to go for.

Try to call any airline before booking and ask about what do they have as services, i am sure that you will get answers for what you need. and the choice is yours.

Since you are travling to US for GOOd, think positive and think about the best options to opt for.

Alaska,Virgin America,Spirit,Frontier,United are few of the good options you can choose from

Hi. As a customer service supervisor it would always be best to check for the fare rules of your ticket, what you can't and can do. If its giving you flexibility if you need to change or cancel. Its best to know what you are purchasing. I'm not into any airlines for I know they are just changing or canceling their flight if they need to or if they have to. Airline customer service representative are only doing their job as far as they can to give us best customer service, we would feel it if they really want to help or not but we also need to understand they are also working with the company, they do not own it. As a hint, United, American and Qatar air are flexible but still it comes with the policy.

I would say Fly Dubai is wrost
