following are the activities should be in PCM's scope:

 

1. project scheduling by prioritizing the tasks.

2. time management with short term deadlines and the definite deadline for project completion

3. budget control strategic planning.

3. resourcing 

4.team planning and assigning tasks

5.  weekly  work development reports

6.communication with in house team as well as client

7. efficient Supervision to meet deadlines
