To be successful boss and manage busiess with less cost, one has to be so much  accommodative to the the subordinates, have listening ears and treat them as if the business venture is their family enterprise. With this they will have a sense of belonging and put their best efforts in realization of organization objective. He should strive hard to iculcate the spirit of participatory management of the affairs of the organization.
