Where can I find some good blogger templates that are free and can be used for a technical blog?

Places like word press are great to look at, but bloggers generally have to craft their own content. It differentiates authentic bloggers to average ones.

What do you mean by blogger templates? Do you mean a sample blog? While you may want to check on other bloggers' style of writing, it is better that you design your own. Make your own style of writing. You are an individual person and you are unique. Just write down what you have in mind - start from there - and develop your own. You know what, no two persons are alike in terms of writing style. JUST WRITE! Don't pattern yourself from other people. And most of all, READ a lot! Reading helps you develop your writing skills.
