Don't Worry there are two ways to make the Replication again through Replication Network1. Suspend and Resume the Mailbox Databases2. Restart the Replication Service1. Example Suspend-MailboxDatabaseCopy -Identity SISEMBDB\SISEMBSRV1 -SuspendComment "Maintenance on SISE Maibox Server1" -Confirm:$False Resume-MailboxDatabaseCopy -Identity SISEMBDB\SISEMBSRV1 Note : SISEMBDB = Mailbox Database SISEMBDSRV1 = Mailbox Server2. Just Go to Services and locate the Replication Service and Restart the Exchange Mailbox Replication Services on Mailbox Servers.
- Try checking the Test-MRSHealth cmdlet on a mailbox server
- Check for any environment (hardware/network/ad/exchange schema) changes- Lookg at the event viewer or related errors thrown back, which can give your the clue to start analyzing the issue.- Look at the related Exchange logs- Check for any DAG issues
