The future progressive tense indicates a continuing action that will be going on at some point in the future.
In general, progressive forms occur only with the so-called dynamic verbs; they do not occur with stative verbs.
It is formed with the modal "will" plus "be," plus the present participle of the verb i.e. a verb with an ing ending.
We mainly use the Future Continuous to indicate that we will be in the middle of doing something in a specified time in the future: e.g. “In an hour, I will be sitting in front of my TV.”
Other uses are:
· For guesses about the future: e.g. “He won't be coming any time soon. He is still at the office.”
· For polite questions about somebody's intentions: g. “Will you be coming home before or after 10 PM?”
· For an action that has been planned: e.g. “They will be going on vacation this summer.”
