There are many ways to attract the relevant buyer to our booth in a Trade Show, here some of the main ones:
1- Booth location, front line exhibitors are hard to miss.
2- Publicity, the daily newspaper of the show (which is free) is usually reviewed by visitors (in addition to the regular show directory that is usually being sold at the entrances).
3- Booth shape, size and decoration .. if budget allows then a customized decorated booth of a three or four sides entrances would defenitly serve the purpose of the company rather than renting a standard size and decoration booth from show organizer.
4- Products/samples show in the booth.. the way products/samples are displayed on shelves and the easier to get explanation breifed flyers would definitly attract buyers/visitors to enter and show interest.
5- Hospitality and readiness of booth hosts .. buyers/visitors expect always to find receptivness and straight answers to their questions/inquiries (cost, quality, shipping time, etc...)
