Some of the newlyweds live in Dubai? If not, be prepared to spend a large sum on the wedding ceremony. I can understand you. Sometimes a person has a dream and you shouldn't deny yourself on such an important day. I once heard a story on blackwink. The guy and the girl met on the site and liked a friend. The girl dreamed of a wedding on the islands and the guy was able to do it, although he got into debt. But that story ended well) What about you?
It all depends on the scale of the event being looked at. Planning and execution is entirely subject to one's requirement, the budget and ultimately the main aim of the event. The more personalised you make your wedding, the higher the budgets. But then again its about bringing all these elements together for that one special day.
Dependant on the client brief will determine the expenditure and buget required to achieve client requirements. Being based within sales, tactically my clients do spend over budget but are willing to do so based on the trust they have with me as their wedding planner. My knowledge and experience aids me in not only producing client expectation but what the company expects from me as an employee.
It depends on the venue that you have to hire. My estimate I think is 250K Dirham because you need to give dowry of 100K Dirham and 50K Dirhams for all clothes and for foods and venue and other expenses is 100 Dirhams.
many factors affect such a project like : venue , catering, concept, flowers, singers, lighting .
more you custom made items more the budget goes up . for example a wedding for 500 guests can cost a million $ and can cost one hundred thousand $ its all about the client wish list .
This depends on the venue I am selecting, the commodities I shall be planning to have i.e. for example edibles to be offered to guests, welcoming, etc. All the gusts shall be gathered at the wedding location, transportation... Roughly us$ 100,000 if everything is arranged at references with less venue rents.
