How do you see the different dilemmas in business management and how do you deal with it?

1. Well for starters, hire the right people and train them with the same brand values.
2. Have monthly meetings to discuss and solve these dilemmas unanimously as opposed to sulking in silos.
3. Encourage a problem solving attitude
4. Remain fact based and professional
