'Criticizing Mentality' varies by Nations, do you know which nation is most criticizing in working environment ?

Of even more interest was the finding that whilst even graduates who were successful at getting jobs lack these skills, "the skill that most sets apart successful from unsuccessful applicants" is "capacity for independent and critical thinking". This is one of the most important skills according to the employers interviewed, ahead of logical and orderly thinking, academic learning, initiative and motivation. However it is quite rare in graduates.

It is better not to view anything by bias. Criticizing is unhealthy and even talking about criticizing mentality is wste of time. However, healthy criticism of anything is allowed up to a limit.

"Criticizing Mentality" .. !

Such behavior may happen when there is some distinguished behaviors and actions between two or more population or groups, where one party considers the second party at a "low grade" level !

It is not related to nations as much as it is related to some people who don't professionally react, so they criticized others !
