being a waiter is difficult...also if u a have struggle a customer to much demanding,but as being professional waiter you need to think and take long patience to be satisfied the needs of your guest...if the customer have a complain make sure that you can handle the situation and be kind to explain it. and if u think the situation is more difficult that u cannot handle that"s the time to call your supervisor or your manager...
