Yes, Gender diversity would help the organization to be more efficient and innovative.
Efficiency
1. Women work more actively in organization as they still think they have to leave office on time as they have responsibility in managing home and family
2. There are less gossiping in gender based organization- means higher productivity
3. Women remain more loyal to the organization, jobs witching pattern is less with women rather women try to move up the ladder through hard work in the same organization.
4. In a gender based organization, work flow is quite smooth as there is no presumed “work pressure” and so productivity go high
Innovation
1. Women think in somewhat a bit different way and as such more ideas are available to make an innovative solution.
2. As in home, we get a balanced environment in office which helps the people (men and women) to think in a more relaxed way and ultimately helps the organization to be more innovative in approach.
3. In a gender based organization, creativity is quite high as we get ideas from two different angles.
4. To be more creative, women are to be employed from lower level to upper hierarchy in as much as equal proportion subject to availability of talent. This will provide a real boost in organizational productivity and innovation
No doubt Mr. Omar. For sure would grow in both those assets.
Analogy comparison ...the flowers need the bees to reproduce, both have their role in that process of nature. it´s like in work, I consider important use the different gender competencies, visions, sensibility for the tasks, etc, forming a more eclectic work team that would lead to higher/better results.
Yes, indeed. I believe that men and women look at problems, and the solutions to those problems, from a different standpoint and perspective, and the very nature of their differences in thinking can add a vantage point to the organization in meeting its goals in a more comprehensive manner.
Yes, it would do so .
Gender diversity is also part of a larger picture of building diversity in its broadest sense and bringing together the right mix of different backgrounds, thinking styles, sexual orientations, abilities, cultures and ethnicities, and then ensuring these perspectives all have a seat at the table.
I’ve personally experienced the difference diverse teams can make, in terms of better reflecting customers, challenging “groupthink” and making more robust decisions. And I’m not alone – recently a number of leading women shared these examples about how gender diversity is helping them to finetune product offerings, innovate and be more in step with customer needs
