How do you plan to manage a new residential tower?

It would be as follow : 

 

  1. Split the tower into segments by the rent category (unit size, view or any other diversity).
  2. Deciding each rent category price and each yearly increase on each category.
  3. Planning the property management schedule (maintenance, government fees, insurance) .
  4. Preparing the legal contracts for each segment of rent category.
  5. Market research to determine the targeted segment for each rent category.
  6. Planning the marketing strategy.
  7. Setup the sales plan and strategy.
  8. Prepare the sales, marketing, and property managing teams.
  9. Start the marketing campaign.

 

That is a summary of how it should look like ofcourse there is a lot of variation and improvements you can make to the plan but it will be according to the tower and project as of location and strategic assets that can help in marketing or sales.
